The Breathing Breaks are a short practise of easy breathing techniques to relax, recharge and get a clear mind. During the day they are especially helpful in the middle of your working day to take a break and be more effective and efficient afterwards. In the evenings they will help you relax and let go of the stresses of the day to prepare for a good night rest.
